“My name is Lauren Jacoway and I am a Registered Dietitian at Oconee Medical Center’s Wellness Center in Seneca, South Carolina.  I hired Victor Ranilla as a personal trainer.  As a nutrition professional, I fully understand how to eat to gain results, but I was interested in building muscle mass and wanted to know the proper way to do that in the gym.  Victor not only spent time explaining each exercise and how it will benefit me, but he and I discussed nutrition in depth.  I have never met a personal trainer who knew as much about nutrition as Victor did.
